- Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, Reddit.
- Develop audience targeting using first-party data, lookalikes, and retargeting.
- Monitor performance and adjust bidding, budgets, targeting, and creative to improve ROAS.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering to ensure accurate tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
- Prepare performance summaries and dashboards to communicate results to stakeholders.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 3-5 years in hands-on paid social campaigns (Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience managing monthly budgets of $50K-$100K+ and optimizing ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of paid social structure and optimization levers.
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating into optimizations.
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Quora, or Reddit is a plus.
