- 3-5 years hands-on paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn).
- Budgets of $50Kโ$100K+ per month; optimize for ROAS.
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure and optimization levers.
- Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actions.
- Experience with GA, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar.
- Familiar with TikTok/Quora/Reddit is a plus.
