- 3-5 years hands-on paid social campaigns (Meta & LinkedIn)
- Budgets 50Kβ100K+ per month with ROAS focus
- Strong knowledge of campaign structure and optimization levers
- Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating insights into actions
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools: Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau
- Familiarity with TikTok, Quora, Reddit a plus
