📋 Description

  • Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok.
  • Develop audience targeting with core audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting.
  • Monitor performance, adjust bidding, budgets, and creative for ROAS.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering for tracking.
  • Manage creative requests and coordinate with design for assets.
  • Analyze performance using analytics tools and create dashboards.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on paid social (Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
  • Budgets of $50K–$100K+ per month with ROAS optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of campaigns, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
  • Experience with analytics/reporting tools: GA, Looker Studio, Tableau.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Quora, Reddit ads is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
