🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid social (Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads).
- Budgets of $50K–$100K+ per month with ROAS optimization.
- Deep knowledge of campaigns, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
- Experience with analytics/reporting tools: GA, Looker Studio, Tableau.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Quora, Reddit ads is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
