🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in Growth Marketing with paid social in high-growth DTC.
- Advanced English skills.
- Bachelor’s degree with strong academic record and/or relevant performance marketing experience.
- Experience with data analytics/visualization tools (Tableau, GA, Looker, Mixpanel).
- Creative-minded with strong interest in cohesive brand across marketing touchpoints.
- Experience managing large marketing budgets at high-growth companies or agencies.
