- Prior agency experience or related software/applications
- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role
- Paid social media planning & activation experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage competing priorities with urgency while maintaining professionalism
- Excellent attention to detail; strong planning and critical thinking
