- Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager and scaling campaigns.
- Experience managing $3M+ monthly budgets with CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and LTV.
- Strong mobile acquisition measurement knowledge: MMPs, SKAdNetwork, attribution.
- Experience building and operationalizing creative testing pipelines.
- Owner mindset; able to pull data, build reports, and share insights.
