  • Own and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and X.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in data-driven growth or performance marketing for paid social (B2C).
  • Deep expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads Manager and scaling campaigns.
  • Experience managing $3M+ monthly budgets with CTR, CVR, CPA, CAC, and LTV.
  • Strong mobile acquisition measurement knowledge: MMPs, SKAdNetwork, attribution.
  • Experience building and operationalizing creative testing pipelines.
  • Owner mindset; able to pull data, build reports, and share insights.
