- Experience managing >$20MM/yr in paid social budgets with ROAS, CAC.
- Advanced fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Deep experience in dynamic product ads and catalog campaigns.
- Highly analytical; comfortable with large data; distill insights.
- Strong creative judgment; brief, evaluate, and optimize creative at scale.
