🎯 Requirements

  • At least 3 years of paid social campaign management experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Experience building creative feedback loops from insights to briefs.
  • Understanding of incrementality testing and measurement.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and campaign reporting.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing is a plus.
