🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience with a DTC brand; apparel or CPG preferred.
  • Deep understanding of paid media landscape (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and how content impacts performance.
  • Strong analytical mindset; ability to translate data into creative direction.
  • Experience leading creative testing cycles and building insights-driven content plans (Motion/Triple Whale experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
