  • 4+ years managing Meta and TikTok campaigns at a DTC brand.
  • Proven full-funnel campaigns with $500K+/month across platforms.
  • Strong grasp of ROAS, CPM, CPV, CTR, LTV, viewability, and attribution.
  • Analytical skills to derive insights and optimize performance.
  • Experience collaborating with creative and analytics teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
