🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B performance marketing managing multi-million paid social budgets.
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay.
  • Proven expertise in audience segmentation, scaling spend, and full-funnel B2B campaigns.
  • UTM architecture and conversion tracking installation; data-driven optimization.
  • Experience in B2B tech targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market/enterprise.
