  • SA360 or similar tools; strong analytics with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Data-driven mindset with funnels, experiment design, and optimization.
  • Agency leadership with partner accountability and collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication; influence and align stakeholders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomous; high-impact decision making.
