  • Plan, build, and launch campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.
  • Own setup and QA including targeting, UTMs, pixels, creative delivery, and pacing.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and surface insights.
  • Collaborate with platform partners and cross functional teams.
  • Build audiences from research and category trends.
  • Translate insights into client ready recommendations.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands on paid media experience, agency preferred.
  • Expert fluency in Meta Ads Manager including builds, QA, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills with billing, pacing, and campaign operations.
  • Strong client communication skills and comfort presenting in meetings.
