- Analyze performance and give optimization recommendations (creative, structure, audience/placements).
- Set up tests in Smartly, validate inputs, summarize learnings for client adoption.
- Prepare weekly updates, track actions, and execute trafficking/enablement requests.
- Build enablement assets and run trainings/office hours to drive client self-sufficiency.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Are driven, curious, and eager to learn fast and make an early impact at Smartly.
- Strong interest in paid social/programmatic with fluency across platforms.
- Have 1-2 years in media buying or campaign ops with budgets above $150k.
- Are data-minded and able to turn complex inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Are a strong communicator and team player who can explain buyer concepts simply.
- Google/YouTube experience is a big plus; programmatic familiarity helpful.
