  • Set up tests in Smartly, validate inputs, summarize learnings for client adoption.
  • Prepare weekly updates, track actions, and execute trafficking/enablement requests.
  • Build enablement assets and run trainings/office hours to drive client self-sufficiency.

  • Are driven, curious, and eager to learn fast and make an early impact at Smartly.
  • Strong interest in paid social/programmatic with fluency across platforms.
  • Have 1-2 years in media buying or campaign ops with budgets above $150k.
  • Are data-minded and able to turn complex inputs into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Are a strong communicator and team player who can explain buyer concepts simply.
  • Google/YouTube experience is a big plus; programmatic familiarity helpful.
