  • Set up tests in Smartly, validate inputs, and summarize learnings for adoption.
  • Prepare updates for weekly customer syncs, track actions, and handle trafficking and enablement requests.
  • Create enablement assets and run trainings to drive client self-sufficiency.

  • Driven, curious, eager to learn fast, and make an early impact.
  • Interest in paid social and programmatic with fluency across platforms.
  • 1-2 years media buying/campaign ops; budget >$150k/mo; fundamentals in structure, objectives, creative.
  • Data-minded; turn complex inputs into clear recommendations.
  • Strong communicator and team player; explain concepts clearly.
  • Google/YouTube experience a plus; programmatic familiarity helpful.
