- Prepare updates for weekly customer syncs, track actions, and handle trafficking and enablement requests.
- Create enablement assets and run trainings to drive client self-sufficiency.

- Driven, curious, eager to learn fast, and make an early impact.
- Interest in paid social and programmatic with fluency across platforms.
- 1-2 years media buying/campaign ops; budget >$150k/mo; fundamentals in structure, objectives, creative.
- Data-minded; turn complex inputs into clear recommendations.
- Strong communicator and team player; explain concepts clearly.
- Google/YouTube experience a plus; programmatic familiarity helpful.
