- Proficiency in Jira, Notion and Monday.com (Smartsheets a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail, calm under pressure, highly organized.
- Demonstrable experience in setting and following QA processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, data analysis and presentation skills.
