📋 Description

  • Lead paid social and programmatic display campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Plan growth roadmaps and test-and-learn frameworks (monthly/annual)
  • Ensure campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and creative alignment
  • Manage media budgets with governance and accuracy
  • Own end-to-end finance including creating/receipting POs
  • Identify growth opportunities to hit traffic and awareness targets

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years managing Paid Social and Display (Meta, TikTok, YouTube; DV360 desirable)
  • Proven track record driving revenue or customer acquisition via optimisation
  • Experience managing and developing executives with focus on performance
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence with performance data
  • Highly analytical; translating data into clear actions
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
