- 3+ years at a performance/digital marketing agency
- Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in agency setting
- Deep expertise across paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong PPC: keyword research, ad copy, bid management, optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data with Google Analytics, GA4, Excel
