🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid acquisition in a B2C or high-volume digital environment with CAC/LTV impact.
  • Deep analytics and martech expertise; GA4, GTM, consent mode, attribution, Looker Studio, SQL/BigQuery.
  • Proven CRO: landing page optimisation, funnel audits, UX experiments.
  • Hands-on experience building/maintaining a tracking/measurement stack.
  • Strong experimentation: hypotheses, A/B tests, lift interpretation.
  • Comfortable owning multi-million rand budgets and reallocating spend based on data signals.
