🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years managing paid acquisition in B2C/high-volume digital environments with CAC/LTV impact.
  • GA4, GTM, consent mode, attribution, Looker Studio, SQL/BigQuery.
  • Proven CRO across landing pages, funnel audits, UX experiments, messaging tests.
  • Hands-on tracking stack experience, not just reading reports.
  • Strong experimentation: hypotheses, A/B tests, lift measurement, learnings.
  • Comfortable owning multi-million rand budgets and dynamic spend reallocation.
