- Proven CRO track record: landing pages, funnels, UX tests, messaging.
- Hands-on experience building/maintaining a tracking/measurement stack.
- Strong experimentation: hypotheses, A/B tests, interpreting results.
- Own multi-million rand budgets and reallocate spend based on data signals.
