  • Create paid social campaigns for brand partners and optimize spend for ROAS
  • Manage campaigns at varying budgets and advise on allocations
  • Plan, place, and optimize search campaigns (incl. Google Paid Search)
  • Handle regular/ad hoc reporting for paid and organic content across teams
  • Collaborate with teams to communicate insights and recommendations
  • Drill into trends and become an expert on social media measurement

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of social media, digital, agency, and insight/storytelling experience
  • Deep familiarity with back-end publishing, platform, and analytics tools (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Advanced data analysis skills; peel back data to drivers and turn into stories
  • Experience with Excel and SQL for quantitative data analysis
  • Experience with analytics visualization tools (Google Analytics, Tableau) and syndicated data tools (comScore)
  • Excellent presentation skills; detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities
