- Deep knowledge of digital marketing landscape and growth concepts
- Experience articulating requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales strategy and ops
- Self-starter; can drive strategic and tactical workstreams with minimal oversight
- Advanced analytical skills; analyze trends and derive insights
- Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to optimize campaigns
- User-first sensibility
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally beyond paid media
- 10+ years of work experience
- 7+ years paid digital experience
- 5+ years B2B marketing with ABM
- Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce
- Experience driving demand for sales teams
