  • Drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled paid campaigns.
  • Build and optimize paid digital programs for multiple segments.
  • Collaborate with campaigns, design, marketing ops, analytics, insights, and regional teams.
  • Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and roadmap.
  • Partner on audience management to reach the right users.
  • Lead analysis of paid campaigns to shift spend for more value.
  • Identify weaknesses in the paid program and plan improvements.

  • 7+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years paid digital experience, esp. paid social/display
  • 2+ years B2B marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing landscape and growth concepts
  • Experience articulating requirements to analytics, campaigns, sales strategy and ops
  • Self-starter; can drive strategic and tactical workstreams with minimal oversight
  • Advanced analytical skills; analyze trends and derive insights
  • Experience driving experimentation roadmaps to optimize campaigns
  • User-first sensibility
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally beyond paid media
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 7+ years paid digital experience
  • 5+ years B2B marketing with ABM
  • Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce
  • Experience driving demand for sales teams
