🎯 Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in customer support or related
  • Proficient English speaker
  • Happy to work remotely and coordinate across GMT/AEST/EST
  • Enjoy interacting with and helping people
  • Investigative mindset; think outside the box
  • Zendesk or other helpdesk platform knowledge
