Packaging Team Leader

📋 Description

• Manage shift packaging operations and personnel.
• Coordinate production/schedule requirements with Team Leader.
• Ensure OSHA, FDA, and GMP compliance.
• Meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Develop packaging staff and organization for future needs.
• This is a 2nd shift role, 2:00pm–11:00pm.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Management preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing (packaging preferred).
• 2+ years personnel administration.
• 1+ years packaging or project engineering (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• SAP experience and computer proficiency.
