- Create packaging test plans (compatibility, functionality, shelf-life) with external labs.
- Identify and troubleshoot packaging issues during development and production.
- Maintain trackers for packaging material data (type, weights, recyclability, PCR content).
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or related field.
- 3-5+ years packaging engineering in CPG or regulated products.
- Hands-on packaging development for retail/shelf/club formats.
- Experience with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and external testing labs.
- Experience owning packaging material specs, trackers, or sustainability data.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and ESG/CDP reporting.
