Lead packaging development from initiation to launch, aligning with product and sustainability goals.
Develop and maintain packaging specs, drawings, BOMs for all packaging (incl. e-comm).
Support commercialization: qualification planning, line trials, scale-up, and first production runs.
Develop/execute packaging test plans (compatibility, functionality, shelf-life) with external labs.
Identify and resolve packaging issues during development and production; cross-functional collaboration.
Maintain trackers for packaging specs (type, weight, recyclability, PCR) for sustainability/regulatory needs.
