📋 Description

• Lead a packaging team to hit daily production goals with quality and compliance.
• Oversee task assignments, training, quality checks, equipment operation, and performance.

• Strong leadership in manufacturing/CPG with focus on regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of supervisory/managerial experience in packaging/CPG or manufacturing.
• GMP experience and familiarity with regulatory standards.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to measure, package, and label accurately.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and POS systems; Seed-to-Sale experience.
• Ability to assign daily tasks, train new hires, and manage schedules.
• Maintain 6S; ensure clean, compliant packaging areas and safety.
