🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years supervisory/management in manufacturing/CPG
- Proven team leadership driving operations performance
- Strong decision-making and problem solving
- Manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, regulated env
- Proficiency with Windows-based systems; METRC/Canix preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and regulatory compliance
