🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, operations preferred.
- 5+ years packaging/manufacturing or supply chain leadership.
- Experience in highly regulated manufacturing; cannabis a plus.
- Familiarity with cannabis packaging compliance requirements.
- Proven success leading and mentoring large teams.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with ERP and seed-to-sale software (METRC, Canix) a plus.
- Ability to train, coach, and develop staff; strong communication.
