🎯 Requirements
- Experience training/leading junior staff preferred
- 1+ year hands-on factory/manufacturing experience; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail; adhere to policies and procedures
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and POS applications a plus
