🎯 Requirements

- 1+ years designing, qualifying, or implementing packaging solutions (internships OK).
- 2+ years in a production environment.
- Experience with packaging materials: wood, plastics, metals, foam.
- Strong communication, packaging, and project management skills.
- Experience with PPAP, APQP, and FAIR in high-volume production.
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems.
- Hands-on mechanical troubleshooting.
