- Own end-to-end industrialization of packaging for MTS components.
- Serve as technical link between Product Design teams and suppliers to ensure correct packaging.

- Drive PPAP and ensure packaging meets capacity, quality, and durability.
- Define and oversee ISTA/ASTM testing for packaging.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent).
- SolidWorks CAD proficiency and strong GD&T expertise.
- Knowledge of aluminum, steel, composites, and foam materials.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate risk across teams.
- Experience with automated warehousing, high-volume manufacturing, and ASTM/Mil-Spec testing.
