Packaging Coordinator

📋 Description

• Supports day-to-day packaging and labeling execution across systems.
• Maintains organized production files and accurate label outputs.
• Creates internal mockups for reviews and packaging evaluations.
• Ensures packaging assets are production-ready and compliant.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Operations, and Production on tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of packaging support, production coordination, labeling, or related roles.
• Experience in food/beverage, consumer products, or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with packaging mockups, file management systems, and structured workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and production file preparation.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
