🎯 Requirements

1 year (2-3 preferred) hands-on factory/manufacturing experience with measurable goals.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures.
Ability to measure, package and label precisely.
Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Windows-based software and POS applications a plus.
