🎯 Requirements

1 year hands-on experience in factory/manufacturing (2-3 preferred)
Strong attention to detail; follow policies/procedures
Ability to measure, package, and label precisely
Excellent time-management; multi-task effectively
Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
