π― Requirements
- 5+ years in HR Generalist, Advisor, or People BP; ideally in tech/SaaS.
- US employment law, benefits (401k, healthcare), and lifecycle management knowledge.
- Autonomy with the ability to escalate when needed.
- Strong judgement; P&C decisions affect people and business.
- Commercial awareness; balance empathy with pragmatism.
- Comfortable across time zones and cultures in a global team; systems mindset.
