πŸ“‹ Description

  • Provide timely advice to employees and managers on P&C matters. Escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Focus on NAM and LATAM for day-to-day support; assist the global P&C team.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Legal on benefits, 401(k), and compliance.
  • Manage employee lifecycle with coaching, performance, and terminations.
  • Support wellbeing, employee experience initiatives, onboarding/offboarding, learning and development, and events.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of P&C operations, processes, HR systems, and policies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR Generalist, Advisor, or People BP; ideally in tech/SaaS.
  • US employment law, benefits (401k, healthcare), and lifecycle management knowledge.
  • Autonomy with the ability to escalate when needed.
  • Strong judgement; P&C decisions affect people and business.
  • Commercial awareness; balance empathy with pragmatism.
  • Comfortable across time zones and cultures in a global team; systems mindset.
