📋 Description

  • Develop and lead a high-performing GTM & G&A Recruiting team as the company scales
  • Partner with leaders to own headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and reporting
  • Define, track, and drive success against hiring metrics and goals
  • Lead executive and senior-level hires to maintain a high talent bar
  • Drive recruiting projects: process optimization, tooling, interviewer enablement, and scalable operating rhythms

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in hands-on recruiting for GTM and business roles
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience
  • Deep experience owning headcount plans, forecasts, and reporting
  • Proven track record closing executive and senior leadership searches
  • Strong analytical, data-driven with operational rigor
  • International recruiting experience (Canada and LATAM) preferred
