🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in hands-on recruiting for GTM and business roles
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
- Deep experience owning headcount plans, forecasts, and reporting
- Proven track record closing executive and senior leadership searches
- Strong analytical, data-driven with operational rigor
- International recruiting experience (Canada and LATAM) preferred
