🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years experience in platform operations; crypto/Web3 preferred.
- 2-3 years hands on P2P operations in overseas LATAM markets.
- Experience at major exchanges.
- Strong understanding of P2P liquidity dynamics and LATAM payment systems (PIX, SPEI, etc.).
- Proven ability to adapt operational strategy to market/competitive changes; data driven.
- Fluent in English + Spanish or Portuguese (both a strong plus).
