Overnight Trade Desk Representative

📋 Description

• Provide 24-hour trading support and risk monitoring for tastytrade customers.
• Overnight presence for futures, futures options, extended-hours and 24/5 stock trading.
• Handle inquiries, resolve trade disputes, and perform overnight risk callouts.
• Monitor customer positions and firm risk; conduct risk surveillance.
• Work independently in a fast-paced derivatives environment.
• On-site in Chicago; remote options for experienced candidates outside Chicagoland.

🎯 Requirements

• FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63; Series 3 preferred or willing within 60 days.
• 3-5 years in high-volume customer service, trading operations.
• 3-5 years with options, futures, and futures options.
• Deep knowledge of derivatives execution, pricing models, and Greeks.
• Risk management using screening tools and overnight risk callouts.
• Extended hours trading experience (pre-market, 24-hour, after-hours).
