Monitor customer and firm risk during US overnight hours.
Resolve order issues, disputes, and risk callouts.
Act as main contact for urgent overnight customer issues.

🎯 Requirements

FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63; Series 3 preferred.
3-5 yrs in high-volume trading ops or customer service.
3-5 yrs with options, futures, and futures options.
Deep understanding of derivatives, pricing models, and Greeks.
Strong risk management using risk screening tools.
Proficient with Salesforce, Slack, and MS Office.
