🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience within a warehouse or logistics setting
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of 30+ employees
- High empathy and excellent communication skills
- Superior time management and organization
- Familiarity with MS Office and business software (ERP, CRM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a background check
