🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a warehouse or logistics setting
- 2+ years of experience managing a 30+ employee team
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor as needed
- Must pass background check and be 21+ years old
