🎯 Requirements

  • Eligible to live and work in Ireland.
  • Must work onsite 75% of the week in Limerick.
  • Flexible Mon–Sun shifts, 7pm–8am local time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly comfortable in a phone-intensive role (50%+).
  • Demonstrates resilience, active listening, and problem-solving.
