📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 home health care to clients overnight
• Travel to clients’ homes in the Marana area on a schedule you choose
• Follow doctors’ orders and document them accurately
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Deliver care with autonomy in the home

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from accredited nursing program
• Current LPN license in good standing in the state
• One year of experience as an LPN
• Trach care experience preferred
