Identify and develop new ServiceNow opportunities within CCaaS, CRM, and CX.
Work with tech, marketing and sales teams to create multi-technology solutions.
Understand customer needs and recommend ServiceNow products and services.
Provide product information and demos; coordinate pre-sales and delivery resources.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close; participate in bid teams.
Maintain and grow existing client relationships; stay updated on ServiceNow features.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business, or Marketing.
15+ years’ sales experience, SaaS preferred.
Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to step outside core duties.
Ability to travel as needed.
