Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

📋 Description

• Sell fiber internet, home phone, and DTV to residential customers.
• Identify needs, build rapport, and close sales in designated turf.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals; total comp $70,000-$125,000.
• Represent GoNetspeed at community events in targeted markets.
• Know features, benefits, pricing; differentiate from competitors.
• Door-to-door canvassing with 50+ daily knocks; 40 hours/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in direct sales; door-to-door a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build relationships.
• Able to work outside in any weather; 10AM-7PM, 40 hrs/wk.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; mileage allowance provided.
• Familiarity with telecommunications or broadband a plus; strong product knowledge.
• Strong in-person communication; organize and prioritize tasks; make sound decisions.
