Outside Sales Representative

📋 Description

• Engage and close new customers via door-to-door sales.
• Identify target customers in designated towns/cities; build rapport.
• Maintain knowledge of features, pricing, and campaigns.
• Assess customers' needs and recommend products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas; maintain production.
• Represent the company at community events.

🎯 Requirements

• Direct sales experience; door-to-door is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work outside in any weather.
• Available 10 AM-7 PM; ~40 hours/week.
• Self-motivated, results-driven; good attendance.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle; mileage allowance.
