📋 Description

• Build and grow merchant network via prospecting, pitching, and closing in your territory.
• Lead with a field-first approach: visit merchants daily and attend local events.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close using multi-channel touchpoints.
• Travel up to 70-80% regionally to meet customers and opportunities.
• Consistently hit monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline targets.
• Act as a local market expert, identifying untapped opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
• Full-cycle sales methodology with emphasis on conversion optimization.
• Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and receptive to feedback.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with local fitness, wellness or spa industries and networks a plus.
